The dynamical synthesis of a wheel is quite complicated. It deals with strains coming from the spoke tension, from rider weight, from energy transfer. All the spokes work together to keep the qualities of the wheel, even during the strongest sprints. Improperly built wheels, or factory built wheels are weakened on several points. The low and uneven spoke tension, the lack of attention to integrate the components to each other are common weaknesses.

RAR builds its creations 100% by hand. An artisanal work, hours of passion, a constant concentration.
The spoke line is optimized with the hub, with the nipple. The high stress points in the spokes, coming from their triple cold forging, are relieved. One at a time, the spokes are slowly put under tension, through a tension meter, the essential tool for a RAR creation, bringing durability, performance, and a record of spoke tension balance per flange.
Finally, every single nipple thread is locked to make the wheel last dozen thousands kilometers.
