These high end wheels are the result of a many years experience in design and composites.
Our EXALT wheels profiles are built upon a unique double core technology, meaning we get the perfect material thickness. Mastering this process at these very critical areas is key to get a reliable and replicable production. The newest Toray M40J high modulus carbon fiber was found to be the perfect combination, with intermediate modulus fibers, to make this 30.5mm internal width XC29 rim, at a record weight of 325g !
