A collision, a pothole, a bad fall, or an accident may require repairs.

In all situations not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we provide after-sales service with exceptional terms.

CONDITIONS:

  • All RAR wheels from 2007 to the present.
  • Presentation of the original invoice.
  • Valid for the original purchaser

  • Does not apply to wear and tear items or labor on such parts: bearings, freewheels, adhesives, components damaged due to improper handling, etc.

BENEFITS:

  • 30% discount on the total invoice, excluding round-trip shipping costs.
  • New manufacturer’s warranty applied to replaced components.

PROCEDURE:

  • Contact us as soon as possible via the contact form.
  • Attach one or more clear photos of your damaged wheel.
  • We will provide an approximate pro-forma quote for replacement based on the visible components in your photos.
  • Return the wheel via a carrier: UPS, FedEx, DHL, DPD, Chronopost, TNT, or La Poste, using door-to-door delivery (relay points are not accepted).
  • Upon receipt of the wheel, we will adjust the exact replacement cost based on the actual work required.
  • You decide whether to proceed with the repairs or not.
  • Round-trip shipping costs remain your responsibility.
