We have developed a groundbreaking process to create RAR EXALT rims with unprecedented low weight.
Years of production expertise allow us to precisely and safely target areas where composite thicknesses can be minimized.
While a carbon rim typically requires a steel mold with two counterpieces and three to five circular arcs, our EXALT rims incorporate additional elements to precisely control thicknesses and ensure uniformity across critical stress zones.
This innovation, paired with ultra-high-performance M40J fibers—never before used in bicycle rims—revolutionizes our production.
The result is extraordinary: a rim with exemplary reliability and incredible impact resistance for its remarkably low weight.

AERO and handling: the perfect synergy
Crafted with the smoothest, most consistent shapes.
EXALT 24 and EXALT 40 feature a 21mm internal hook-to-hook width and 28mm external width. EXALT 52 measures 22mm internal and 29mm external.
A triple objective:

Tire optimization: A nominal 25mm tire achieves an effective width of 26–26.5mm, enhancing grip and comfort while retaining its native weight.

Continuous airflow: The tire/rim interface—oblong for the 40 and 52 profiles, near-round for the 24—minimizes turbulence, reducing wind resistance and optimizing energy efficiency.

Directional stability: The profile geometry reduces the impact of crosswinds, ensuring predictable handling and stability even in sudden gusts. The near-round profile generates consistent airflow sensitivity regardless of direction, a key design goal.
