Each rim is crafted with a hollow structure, removing the manufacturing bladder post-molding for a flawless finish, inside and out. This method maximizes stiffness while reducing weight, surpassing traditional foam-sandwich constructions.

We use Toray T700 and T800 fibers, combining unidirectional (UD) weaves for optimal structural stiffness with 3K twill weaves in areas subject to impact, friction, or multi-axis stress. This approach ensures precise control of mechanical properties, tailored to each discipline. Disc-brake rims incorporate standard glass transition temperature pre-impregnated resins, while rim-brake models use ultra-high-temperature resins with post-curing, ensuring mechanical stability during prolonged braking.

Each rim integrates dynamic balancing, accounting for the tire valve’s mass. The composite layup plan is meticulously adjusted to eliminate rotational imbalance, ensuring safety and precision for smooth performance at all speeds.
